From the Visual Editor:
Click on the 'Translate' button located in the top right corner of the screen
Choose the desired language you want to translate your video to
A duplicated project in the new language will be available for you in your project library.
From the Project Library:
Click on the 3-dot icon located in the top right of the thumbnail.
Select "Translate" from the options.
Choose the desired language you want to translate your video to
A duplicated project in the new language will be available for you in your project library.
